Very nice and helpful man that answered the phone, helped and answered all my questions a nice little conversation and reccomendations on reliability of appliances, I ordered the part I needed from AAA (which CANDY themselves were useless at finding for me) AAA found it with ease and had it In stock there and then 😀. I Placed the order at 3:30pm on Friday! Man was very nice to Give me a call less than an hour later to tell me its been sent out already, I received it the next day (Saturday) before 10am!! Absolutely outstanding customer service I could NOT reccomend a better company for parts, advice or appliances!! These guys know everything you'd ever need to know. The Part (hinge) was exactly what I needed it was also an original part and my tumble dryer is back and working again. Thank you 😊.

On Tuesday morning, after one firm from a neighbouring town saying they didn't normally come to Bishop Auckland, and another saying they didn't do Miele appliances, I phoned AAA about our Miele washing machine's motor not turning the drum. They were able to send an engineer the same day, and order brushes from France as their UK source did not have them. Amazingly they were received and fitted by the end of Thursday afternoon, at a reasonable price. Excellent service, could not be faulted!

Firstley I must say how impressed I am with AAA ordered a hoover washing machine door hinge online with model number, about 20 minutes later received a phone call asking me for the serial number as there was 2 types of hinges, all good and received order in delivery time stated . It looked different from the original, sent email and asked if they could check , that they did and assured me that it was OK ( original was a plastic, new one is alloy) . This will now be my goto shop for my spares.
